Marine Superintendent

Marine Superintendent

Responsibilities:

• Audit Management; audit operation, improve both the internal and external checklist of the ship, NC process management.
• Meeting Management : Safety Committee Meeting and report.
• Safety Operation Management; Safe Training, Environmental training, awareness and competency.
• Security Operation Management; monitoring the security of the ship.
• Risk assessment.
• Commercial Management; Terminal Operation and Management, Stock operation, Ship vetting & Register operation, Terminal regulation operation and safety operation.
• Data operation and CRM management.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Maritime or Logistics Management.
• Knowledge of Oil Tanker.
• 3-5 Years working experience in Master Mariner.
• Master Mariner (Class 1) Preferable.
• English literacy Speaking, Writing and Reading TOEIC 550 (Required).
• Computer literacy (Microsoft office, Email, Internet).


Technical Superintendent

Technical Superintendent

Responsibilities:

• To manage and monitor the daily operation of the number of vessels assigned to him in accordance with the vessel trading and commercial requirements.
• Evaluate and monitor the required reporting from the vessels, act as required and inform other office sections and external bodies as is relevant.
• Monitor and follow up class and statutory certification status, condition of class and arrange for the necessary surveys.
• Follow up and monitor repairs and services.
• Visit vessels regularly (at least three times a year) and prepare visit reports.
• Advise Masters and Chief Engineers on important matters.
• Review monthly cost and financial reports before sending to technical manager for approval.
• Prepare input for the annual budgets for the vessels.
• Review the docking/PMS reports prepared by the managers and comment on the job scope, cost and planning.
• Attend the ship during dd and review the work progress. Review the final docking report and expense.
• Follow up purchasing, monitor the orders from the vessel ensuring that they submitted in a timely fashion.
• Review and verify invoices for payment as per DOA.
• Liaise with the Insurance Manager in claims handling.
• Be part of Company’s emergency response team and audit team.
• Monitor and Follow up the onboard maintenance system (BASSNET MAINTENANCE) for overdue items.
• Control and monitor the filing system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marine engineer.
• At least 5-years shipboard experience as engineer.
• English literacy Speaking, Writing and Reading TOEIC 550 (Required).
• Computer literacy (Microsoft office, Email, Internet).
• Knowledge of Oil Tanker safety and operational procedures.
• Presentation and data analysis skill.


Accounting Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department including prepares journal entries and reviews accounting classifications, month end, half year and year end closing.
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports.
• Verify documentation.
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Male or Female, Age 30 years old above.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or any related field.
• At least 5 years experiences in Accounting.
• Proficiency in Dynamic AX is a plus.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft office, Email, Internet).
• English literacy Speaking, Writing and Reading TOEIC 550 (Required).


Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Production planning of architects, vendors, contractors and other workers in accordance with contract commitment.
• Negotiating contracts with architects, vendors, contractors, and other workers.
• Planning all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines.
• To control timeline, budget, current situation of the project.
• To expedite/report manufacturing progress in accordance with contract commitment.
• Handling emergencies appropriately according to established procedures and ensuring that compliance, safety policies and legislation are followed as stated.
• Strictly abide by any procedures and any work instructions concerned.
• To improve the procedures or work instructions properly.
• To encourage and build up the awareness of quality, environment and safety to the staff.
• Coordinate with both inside and outside department about ISO system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Civil engineering or related field.
• Age not less than 40 years old.
• At least 5 years’ experience in Project Engineer.
• Good knowledge in project management.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Be flexible, teamwork oriented and good problems solving skill.
• Able to travel upcountry and abroad.

Responsibilities:

• Develops financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and accounting services, preparing growth plans, and directing staff.
• Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
• Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
• Take hands-on lead position of developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive job cost system.
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.
• Evaluates and advises on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies and regulatory action.
• Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
• Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company
• Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
• Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.
• Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
• Reports financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances, and developing improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or higher in Financial, Accounting, Banking or related field.
• Age not less than 35 years old.
• More than 5 years experience of CFO.
• Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and delegate.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Be flexible, teamwork oriented and good problems solving skill.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft office, Email, Internet).
• CPA license is a plus.
• English literacy Speaking, Writing and Reading.
