Technical Superintendent

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's Degree in marine engineering and offshore business.

• Good knowledge in maritime offshore, shipping, logistic business.

• At least 2 years work experience in maritime services, tanker, or crew boat and offshore operation preferable.

• At least 1 year work experience in master or 2 years in second officer or 3 years in third officer.

• Able to work under pressure and flexible working time.

• Good English communication and MS Office.

• Good works attitude and team spirit.

Qualification:

• The offshore manager is responsible for defining and executing and effective and efficient model and process for utilizing offshore resources on commercial.
• Works with Chartering, Ship's Owner/FSU, TMS Owner and a partnership are with good cooperation relate to CEC operation are requirement and concern to DMF, if any.
• Serves as the ley liaison delivery organizations.
• Ensure any requirement the appropriate blend of onshore/ offshore resources depending on specific project needs.
• Responsible for enabling teaming between onshore and offshore teams.
• Define information and deliverable handoff process and trading tanker.
• Cooperate with all vender are concern to offshore to ensure that they are providing services safely.

Responsibilities:

  • Audit Management; audit operation, improve both the internal and external checklist of the ship, NC process management.
  • Meeting Management :  Safety Committee Meeting and report
  • Safety Operation Management; Safe Training, Environmental training, awareness and competency
  • Security Operation Management; monitoring the security of the ship.
  • Risk assessment
  • Commercial Management; Terminal Operation and Management, Stock operation, Ship vetting & Register operation, Terminal regulation operation and safety operation
  • Data operation and CRM management

Qualification:

  • Degree in Maritime or Logistics Management
  • Knowledge of Oil Tanker
  • 3-5 Years working experience in Master Mariner
  • Master Mariner (Class 1) Preferable
  • English literacy (Speaking, Writing and Reading)
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft office, Email, Internet)

  • Procurement and logistics of ship’s spares and stores
  • Vessel document control
  • Keeping record of the technical operating costs
  • To maintain up to date records of all the vessels manuals, drawings and instruction books.
  • Arranging vessel repairs
  • Assisting superintendent with day-to-day operations of the vessels

Qualification:

  • Male, 23-30 years old.
  • Bachelor of Engineering Program in Marine Engineering or in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering.
  • Have experience in a ship management or ship owning company or Maritime business will be an advantage.
  • Good in English and Computer skills.
  • Meticulous and able to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Ship management software system will be an advantage.
